1. New Electrologists, we guarantee the lowest prices
   
   
2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
   There is no minimum amount to order.
   
   
3. Shipping charges for UPS, PPS, and Federal Express.
   Saturday shipment by Federal Express only
   If paying by credit card, shipping charges will be added at time of purchase.
   If sending a check, shipping charges will be billed separately.
   There is a minimum shipping charge of US $3.25 + Next day air, 2nd day air, and 3rd day air are available upon request.
   All C.O.D. orders are an additional $8.50.
   Due to the extra handling involved, there will be $15.00 surcharge on all foreign orders.
   
   
4. Damaged Merchandise.
   You are advised to file a claim with UPS or PPS immediately upon receipt, since packages are insured. We will be happy to assist you whenever possible, please give us a call.
   
   
5. All sales are final 30 days after reciept.
   No merchandise can be returned after 30 days. Claims for defective items or exchange requests will not be honored unless a phone call is received within 30 days of the invoice date.
   
   
6. No restocking fee for items sent from Texas Electrolysis Supply only.
   There is a restocking fee for special order items.
   
   
7. Returns or exchanges policy.
   Authorization is necessary in advance
   All returns or exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition; including all packaging materials, warranty cards (that are not filled out), manuals, and accessories. We will not accept mistreated or used items for return. Please ship parcel back prepaid and insured then we will refund the full merchandise price excluding shipping costs.
   
   
8. Not Returnable.
   Due to health reasons, needles, lotions, and liquids cannot be returned.
   Special orders may not be returned such as treatment tables, carts, stools, lamps, and epilators.
   Please do not return products to sender or a restocking fee will be required.
   
   
9. Payment.
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as C.O.D.
   Credit will be extended only to those with an approved credit app. on file.
   Checks may be mailed in advance.
   
   
10. Past Due.
    For all invoices 30 days past due, we will not extend credit any further. Further purchases must be C.O.D., credit card, or by a check in advance.
    
    
11. Canadian Customers.
    Please use MasterCard, Visa, or checks for American funds.
    Shipping charges billed for exact amount.
    
    
12. By refusing an order we will automatically put you on a prepay program.
    
    
13. Any account bouncing a check will be put on a C.O.D. or cash only basis.
    
    
14. Any account refusing an order will automatically be Charged the postage to and from the point of delivery.
